Straight answers

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. They open your link, pick a time, enter a name and phone number, and pay the deposit. That's it.

How do deposits work?

You set a deposit per service (or none). The client pays it to hold the time; it's taken off what they owe at the shop. If you cancel, it's refunded. If they don't show, you keep it.

What if I work alone?

Then Veyen stays simple: no staff pickers, no team screens. Add a second person whenever you're ready and the team features switch on.

Can each barber charge different prices?

Yes. Set a base price per service and override price or duration per person. New hires offer nothing until you say so.

What does it cost?

The booking page, deposits, reminders and client book are free while we're in beta. Card processing fees apply once live payments launch.

What happens after beta?

Starter stays $0. Pro becomes $19 a month. We'll tell you well before anything changes, and nothing is charged unless you pick Pro.

Can I change my hours for a day off?

Yes. Close a day or set special hours for one date, and your page updates right away.
